   上海缔筑建筑工程有限公司是一家专业装饰设计与施工的工程公司。承接了很多大型商业和办公楼的室内设计施工工作。自2007年成立，现已完成了几十万平方米的建筑、室内等工程的设计与施工，获得了国内众多客户的满意称赞。

   我们拥有专业的设计团队，多位优秀海内外设计师加盟，形成了强大而专业的设计精英力量，在室内方面我们擅长办公空间、商业旗舰店、高档餐厅、酒店会所、样板房及别墅的设计。在室外方面，拥有传统的设计优势，可以承担创意感极强的室内景观规划，建筑，景观等设计项目。为使设计作品可以完美再现，缔筑建立了完善的项目施工管理团队，公司每个施工项目都要专门组建项目部由公司项目总监统一协调，项目总监为国家注册一级建造师、高级工程师对工程项目直接管理决无转包.采取以尊重设计与环境相融合为最终效果的施工方式，为客户做出优质的室内装饰工程。

   经过十年的发展，在公司全体人员的努力下在江浙沪地区完成近千例工程项目，涵盖了家具展厅、时尚餐厅、儿童乐园、健身会所、企业总部、工业厂房，代表案例浙江名美家具展厅、上海时代广场泰亭餐厅、上海巧克力开心乐园、嘉善斯麦乐巧克力儿童乐园、威尔士健身会所、禹洲地产上海总部、美国FMC上海总部、德国马勒三期办公楼及发动机洁净厂房、罗氏制药办公楼及废水处理站。全部验收通过，受到了客户的好评。在2015年成为了威尔士健身会所长期装饰供应商。2014年成为房地产百强企业禹洲地产的优质供应商。

    2015年完成的禹洲地产上海总部办公楼装饰工程项目，得到了集团领导的极大认可。公司秉承“精益求精、缔造未来”的发展理念，从不放过一个细节开始认真做每一个工程项目，公司在2016年1月升级成为建筑装饰工程施工专业承包二级资质。

    公司去年承接的威尔士健身会所获得了客户的认可和好评。不管是在整体的装修风格还是装修品质上，都处理的非常出色。该项目的成功体现公司整个团队的力量。首先设计师对于健身会所的设计采用了后现代工业的空间设计手法，对于整个色调选取水泥的深灰色和大胆地把原结构顶及设备管线裸露给人，呈现出一种强烈的工业感，配上专业的灯光设计，产生了前卫、时尚、低调而有内涵的装饰效果。为健身者提供了舒适的运动环境是健身会所的重中之重，灯光、音效、空气、温度、供热等等这些细节看不到的后台的机电设计更体现了缔筑的专业。有了好的设计创意和齐全的施工图制作团队，更要有经验丰富的施工队伍来完成。威尔士健身会所项目明确的定位，受到了年轻的消费者追捧，让他们在这里健身时能够享受到快乐的环境。

Examples include Zhejiang’s famous furniture exhibition halls, Thai In restaurant at Times Square in Shanghai, Chocolate Happy Land in Shanghai, Shanghai Aficion Smile Chocolate Village, Wales Fitness Club, Yuzhou Properties Shanghai headquarters, America’s FMC Shanghai headquarters, and Germany’s Mahle stage-three office building and engine and clean room ,Roche pharmaceutical office building and wastewater treatment plant . Each project has been through checks and inspections and been well received by clients. In 2015We have become the long-term supplier for the Wales Fitness Club .In 2014 we have become  a supplier for Yuzhou Properties, a top 100 real estate company. In 2015 we completed the engineering project for the group’s Shanghai headquarters office, receiving the approval of the leaders of this group.  We adhere to the value of “continuous improvement, creating the future” and always pay meticulous attention to detail, placing importance on every engineering project. In January 2016 the company upgraded to a level two specialized contracting qualification for building decoration engineering and construction.

   Last year our company received excellent feedback from the Wales Fitness Center, not only for the overall style, but also the quality of the decoration. This project was a success because of the hard work of the entire team. The designers adopted post-modern industrial space design methods and carefully selected every hue of dark grey for the cement color, and made a bold original structure with the roof and pipes laying bare and visible in an intense industrial feel. This was accompanied by a special light design producing a vanguard, fashionable, low-key, implied effect. One of the most important elements to a fitness center is providing people with a comfortable environment to exercise in. The fine details of the lighting, sound, air, temperature, and heating were not made visible. Keeping the mechanical and electronic components hidden in the background is part of the specialty of Shanghai D&Z Construction Engineering Company Co., Ltd. Having team members possessing rich experience is essential in order to produce good original designs and have a complete construction drawing production team.This was the clear intention for the Wales Fitness Center project, which was popular amongst young people, allowing them to enjoy the pleasant environment.
